Administrative Innovation Of University Science Park's Incubation Function

The development of University Science Park (USP) has displayed the positive role to the enterprise innovation and the transformation of university scientific outcomes. As the core function of USP, Incubation function has played an even more important role in project incubate, enterprise incubate and human resource incubate.This dissertation is a systematical study on the incubation function of the USP. Followed the review and analysis literature on USP & incubator, the author start the study for the conceptual framework construction from the following aspect: the definition and characteristic of USP, the relationship between USP and other science park, the function construction of USP, incubation function's definition and construction and the flow of incubate. The author designed the analysis framework of incubation function, and analysis the incubation function's influence factor from the innovation integration's point of view.This dissertation use three USP in Nanjing as case study objective, figure out that the key factor that influence the incubation function is management pattern, and analyzes the problem exist in organization framework and the subject benefit relation. On the foundation, the author brings some innovation in the organization framework and benefit mechanism, can improve the performance of the incubation function and the development of the university science park.
