Research On The Management Mode Of Zhenjiang University Science Park

University science parks are one of the major innovative sources of economic growths and industry technology developments in one region, as well as one essential form and effective vehicle that facilitates the transformation of scientific achievements. The establishment and improvement of an operation and management model that is fit for the development of domestic university scientific parks is beneficial not only to the construction and development of parks but also the prospective developments of high-tech industry in our country.The paper studies the management model of university scientific parks , namely,the management models that the administrative organization implements in its park.From the perspectives of management concepts, institutional system, functions and working mechanism, the paper finds that the management model is an entity in which different components are mutually influenced and harmoniously combined. Firstly,the paper classifies and analyzes the management models in domestic university scientific parks. Taking the example of university scientific parks in Zhen Jiang, the paper detects problems related to administrative importance, managerial function and talent system,and analyzes causes of the problems in the aspect of management concept, management system and function definition. On this basis, the paper draws some inspirations from the management model of excellent university scientific parks in our country. It is clear that one park cannot simply imitate another park's management. Rather, it should consider its actual demands, conditions and resources to adopt the perfect model so as to realize sustainable developments. In the end,according to the problems in the management model of university scientific parks in Zhen Jiang, the paper comes up with suggestions and solutions, with the aim of assisting and boosting the healthy development of university scientific parks.Study on the management mode of University Science and technology park is a long-term and complicated problem, it should be with the change of economic development and change, need to make unremitting efforts to explore and research, in order to make the management more scientific,better play the basic functions of University Science and technology park.
