As like every enterprise, the employee is a kind of top fortune for every travel agency. The tourist guide service is the key service among the tourism business. Tourist guides are an important component of the great travel service army. They play a key role in practicing and pushing the development travel business. They also contribute to the modernization of society and advocate the advanced culture, which have been a friend bridge in communicating. Tourist guide is the big human resource in travel agency. The quality of tourist service directly affects the selling of travel agency, while the satisfaction degree is also a direct factor to the quality of tourist service. The employee will work hard and provide good service positively if the tourist guide satisfaction degree is high, which will definitely benefit to the travel agency. But then, if the satisfaction degree is lower, the employee will loss the motivation and initiative to offer good quality, so much so that the employee is liable to lose their confidence in the travel agency. So the travel agency must raise tourist guide's satisfaction degree, inspire the positivism, activity and creativity accordingly, keep the staff in their best mood and develop their wisdom in serving the guest, which will satisfy the customer and make the travel agency get the financial success in this competitive market.The tourist guide satisfaction degree investigation must be done well in order to raise it up accordingly, which is the effective method in fully understanding the employee satisfaction degree and then executing the corresponding measure. This article offers deep research in the way and procedure of the tourist guide's satisfaction degree investigation and then put forward the corresponding measure based on it. This article investigates the tourist guide's satisfaction degree among fifteen national and international travel agencies in Jiangxi Province in way of questionnaire, so that the way and corresponding measure research on raising the tourist guide's satisfaction degree can be received.This research paper is composed of seven chapters:Chapter 1: introduction, illustrate the research background, the way of investigation and analysis as well as the meaning of this research.Chapter II: summary of former research documentsChapter III: analysis the work and the feature of tourist guide and conclude that human resource management on tourist guide is the key of human resource management in travel agency.
