The human resources is a kind of top fortune for every enterprise and the employee satisfaction degree directly impact their behavior and achievement, which normally plays a key role in survival and development of enterprises. The employee, as the direct creator of profit, will work hard and positively if the employee satisfaction degree is higher. If the employee satisfaction degree is lower, the employee will loss the motivation, which results in the low efficiency and working quality, or even resignation. So enterprises must rise employee satisfaction degree, inspire the positivism, activity and creativity accordingly, keep the staff in their best mood and develop their wisdom in working, which will make the enterprise success in this competitive market.The employee satisfaction degree investigation must be done well in order to raise it up accordingly, which is the effective method in fully understanding the employee satisfaction degree and then executing the corresponding measure. This article offer deep research in the way and procedure of the employee satisfaction degree investigation and then put forward the corresponding measure based on it. This article investigates the employee satisfaction degree in way of questionnaire, and this questionnaire of employee satisfaction degree must be designed according to the different actual situation of every enterprise, so this article use the case study and aim at one company-the limited company of Shenyang ISR Rubber Products for relative employee satisfaction degree investigation and corresponding measure research, so that the way and process of investigation and analysis on the employee satisfaction degree in enterprises and corresponding measure research can be received.This article designs one questionnaire of employee satisfaction degree based on the actual situation of the limited company of Shenyang ISR Rubber Products and relative theory.
