Research On The Developmental Model Of Agricultural Mechanization And Technology Tropism In Northeast Area

As the main base of commercial foodstuff of China, the agricultural mechanization level of Northeast always keeps ahead in China. The higher mechanization level accelerates the development of the country economic of Northeast Area. Under the situation of rebuilding the old industry and building the socialism new country, it is more weightily strategic significance to develop the agricultural mechanization. However, there are many problems during developing the agricultural mechanization of Northeast. Such as: the less finance devotion; the inconsequential industry structure and product structure in the agricultural mechanization; the lagging development of farm produce machining and stockbreeding; the worse entironment. At the same time, the agriculture and the agricultural mechanization of Northeast are facing the drastic market competition which is brought by entered the WTO .So it is necessary to promote the agricultural mechanization, that is the request to strengthen the base station of agriculture, to achieve the agriculture modernization, to resolve the three problems about countryside, agriculture and farmers.The main content and conclusions of this paper are as followed:(1) Though analyzing the existing features, developmental models of agricultural mechanization in America, Japan, France and Germany; summarized the experience, the lessons and the developmental trend ; and compared with China.(2) On the basis of analyzing the developmental processes of agricultural mechanization in Northeast, clarified the developmental predominance of agricultural mechanization in Northeast, and discussed the problems that exist in the developing agricultural mechanization. According to the present condition in Northeast and the successful experience of overseas, discussed the developmental model of agricultural mechanization in Northeast.
