Strategy And Influencing Factors Of Developing Agricultural Mechanization In Northeast Area Of China

Agricultural mechanization is the key part of modern agriculture, the engine of the new countryside construction, and the guaranty of construction harmonious society. The Area of Northeast, as the main base of commercial foodstuff of China, the agricultural economy plays an important role in the development of nation economy and society, the agricultural mechanization level of Northeast always keeps ahead in China. However, until now there are a lot of problems needs be solved, such as unreasonable structure, unbalanced development of agricultural mechanization, few socialized services, and the infrastructure construction lags behind. Nowadays, the level of agriculture mechanization can t be seasoned with the development of rural social and economy. Therefore, researching on the strategy and influencing factors of developing agricultural mechanization in Northeast Area has not only theoretical significance but also practical value both in enhancing the integrated agriculture productivity and accelerating the harmonious development of the regional economy.The main content and conclusions of this paper are as followed:(1)By analyzing some documents, this paper summarizes lots of international achievements in this field, for example, the relationship between agricultural mechanization and economical development; the relationship between agricultural mechanization and policy. Meanwhile, this paper researches into the development issues, such as the development course, the actuality, the problems existing, as well as the advantages.(2)Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and the consultation of experts are applied in this paper, and the main factors which affect on the development of agricultural mechanization are analyzed effectively and rationally, therefore the most important factors are decomposed. Temporarily, the influencing factors are established by using the stepwise regression method. As a result, the educational level is the most important reason which effects the developing agriculture mechanization in Northeast Area. The scale management of land is a necessary condition, average income of farmer is its financial basis, transfer of surplus laborer is its basal precondition, socialization level of agricultural mechanization service is its social condition, educational level is its culture basis, level of non-agricultural industries and agricultural machinery industry development is its material basis.(3)The conditions and agricultural modernization of China need agricultural mechanization, and agricultural mechanization needs modern agriculture mechanization educational system. From viewpoints of sustainable development, based on the total cycle of agricultural production and the process of agricultural mechanization, this paper presents the principles and frameworks of establishing the sustainable educational system for agricultural mechanization in China.(4)Based on the former result, considering the region characteristic in Northeast Area, the measures is put forwarded to develop to the government of Northeast Area in the future. It will provide a scientific basis for us to know the development of mechanization in new situation and also offer a reference for the managers of mechanization administration, when they are making a decision.
