It is a major historic task for Chinese modernization process to build a rural re-construction. The most difficult and onerous tasks to build a well-off society comprehensively focus on rural area. As a large agricultural country, China establishes the general domestic economics foundation basing on agriculture industry; farmers take a big part of national population, and accounted for a significant proportion of the rural social structure. Considering this aspect, Chinese question is a combination among the agriculture, rural area and farmers. It is one thing to keep China developed steadily, and to develop Chinese agriculture and rural area.It is an important guarantee for building modern rural area to develop knowledgeable farmers. Farmers are to promote agricultural and rural development in the inner motivation, rural re-construction to fully rely on the wisdom and creativity of farmers.
