Yima Corporation is a Sino-Japanese joint venture founded in 2005. The company is engaged in the domestic sale of some brand automobile. The company had been established just when the auto market competition is most intense, the foreign auto enterprises as well as the domestic auto enterprises seize the market, robs the talented person. In competes like this under the exceptionally intense external environment, Yima Corporation completes talented person's management and the development in the interior, the strengthening internal management, the implementation company strategic target, comprehensively promoted the enterprise competitive ability the pressure to be bigger, the formulation suited the enterprise to develop the request, could practically solve the business management question achievements examination and critique system, carried out the achievements to manage imperative.The article introduced the details of Yima Corporation firstly, and analyzed the Corporation's basic situation. The company's Chinese shareholder is the domestic biggest state-owned auto enterprise, and the Japanese shareholder also has the stock by the American company, therefore, the corporate culture is comprehensive. The company has established the integrated organizational structure, has designed the departments, the positions as well as the responsibilities division of positions. And the people in the company are all young at the same time have enough knowledge and skills to accept the advanced theories and methods of management. Based on the general analysis of the company's inside and outside environment, four questions were presented, one is the strategic target can not be related with the employees daily work. The second is the lacks of suitable value evaluate system, which can cause the assignment not to be unfair; the third is the lack of pointed and the concrete basis to staff's training and the development. Causes the paper to this management question ponder and the solution exploration to enter to the company achievements examination and critique system design mentality research in.The author expounded in the second chapter what is the goal of establishing the performance evaluation system. First also is the most important goal is to realize the company's strategic target. The second is to develop the human resource. The third one is to establish the formal communication channels. The fourth is to form the fair competition system. These four goals both described the corporate management question finally solution goal, and has established the overall direction for company's achievements examination and critique system.
