Recently years, enterprise compete has moved from resource and commercial channels to the human resource. Human resource management system of the enterprises have to turn to more scientific and efficient. More and more small and media size enterprises focused on the study about the performance management system to earn the competitive edge.The HT company was built up in2008, focused on the medical devices and technical support in the field of blood transfusion, is a professional enterprise in this field. With the growth of the business and the number growth of employees, it is urgent for HT company to set up a performance management system to support it’s development.Firstly, this article described concerned theory about the performance management, then analyzed the situation and problems might met, especially focused the concerned problems of those small and media size enterprises. Finally, studied on the solution of HT performance management system, hope the study may helps for similar enterprises.
