In the backdrop of economic globalization, along with China's rapid economic development, the trade between China and the European Union is entering a mature, mutual benefit and win economic and trade relation between the two sides has been considerably developed in economy, brings tangible economic benefits to people on the two sides, at the same time also lays a solid foundation on the development of a comprehensive partnership between the EU and China. For both China and the EU, Sino-EU trade plays an extremely important role in their respective economic development and will directly affect the overall economic development trends of two sides. Therefore, to resolve the various problems in the trade between China and EU with a positive attitude is an important task before us.
