Studies On The Development Strategy Of Shaanxi Province Regional Manufacturing Information-based

Along with the rapid development of information technology, manufacturing information-based has become a main way to improve the manufacturing enterprise's competitive power and the integrated strength of a country, become a important work and one of the development directions of our country"Eleventh Five-year Development Plan". Since in April, 2002, Shaanxi Province was listed as the national first batch of manufacturing information-based, it has achieved great fruit in the area of building regional manufacturing information-based, but still has some gap compared with the average level of our country. Therefore, the research to Shaanxi Province regional manufacturing information-based has the vital significance.This thesis, firstly by the theories and rule of manufacturing and manufacturing information-based, analyzed the development situation and tendency of manufacturing and manufacturing information-based of the world and our country, pointed out manufacturing information-based is inevitability and importance. Secondly, this thesis analyzed the characteristic of Shaanxi Province's resources, the development and disparity of Shaanxi Province manufacturing information-based, and the typical cases of Shaanxi Provicne's manufacturing information-based. Based on these, analyzed and summarized the strategic choice of Shaanxi economy development and the success experience in manufacturing information-based. Thirdly, based on the studies above, a further analysis and study on how to carry on the system of the regional manufacturing information-based was made to give advises to the strategy of Shaanxi Province regional manufacturing information-based. Finaly, combining with fact of Shaanxi, the suggestion of the strategy of Shaanxi Province regional manufacturing information-based was proposed in this thesis.
