Taking the western city project "Zhonghua Jiayuan" of the famous enterprise Wuhai Real Estate Co. as the object for study, the thesis provides a sufficient investigation and analysis of the other real estate projects in western district where the project is located, while it offers an investment analysis together with a technical and economic evaluation for the project, which makes for successful project development.Through the market analysis and the competition analysis of the project, and by means of the basic theories and methods of investment scheme and risk analysis, the thesis provides a theoretical basis for the selection and establishment of urban real estate investment projects. Meanwhile, It provides practical guidance and feasibility for improving the scientificity and veracity of the analysis of real estate investment projects.
