Human resources are the various factors of production factors with initiative and creativity is the most basic element of competition, the most important, most creative resources, is the first strategic resources projects. In the world of economic globalization is accelerating today, corporate human resource management issues of most concern to become China’s enterprises in order to remain invincible in the fierce international competition, it is necessary to establish a certain size, with a sense of international operations, master of professional technical and management experience of highly qualified personnel, which is the key to business development in overseas projects, develop a proficiency in international business, professional and technical, ideological style is extremely tough and resilient, competitive workforce is "going out" but also business imperative.International Project Human Resource Management International urged the importance of enterprise project team building, formerly the national labor export-based regional groups characterized contractor team obviously can not meet enterprise needs.
