Recently, especially in the 21st century, with the development of our national economy, the field of the architecture construction is advancing rapidly and increases at the average rate of more than 20%. According to the data from the State Statistical Bureau, the total output value of the architecture construction programs in China has reached at more than 830 billion yuan in the year of 2003, and the architecture construction has become the emergent industry in the tide of the economic and social development. Meanwhile, the rapid development of the architecture construction industry accelerates the consumption of materials of decoration for constructions. At present, it becomes the new hotspot of consumption and takes on the trend of rapid development.With the long history of more than 10 years, Jin Luban Building-material Limited Corporation in Chengdu is specialized in the marketing of the building materials for the constructions of the outer walls. Confronted with the fierce competition of the building materials' markets in Chengdu, this company would face distinct opportunities as well as severe challenges. According to the company's reality, it is vital to make reasonable and scientific strategies for its development, at the same time; it is also the core in this paper.
