With the further development of the reform and opening-up of China, the Chinese market attracts more and more foreign multinational company to invest in China. Since China established diplomatic relations with Korea in 1992, the bilateral trade between China and Korea has been rapidly increased with years. Now, Korea has been one of the biggest invest country in china.The most of the Korean multinational enterprise in china obtain great success in their Chinese business. There are lots of reasons for the success of the Korean joint-venture enterprise. However, one of the most important factors is the corporate-culture localization which is the part of the localization strategy implemented by Korean enterprises in China.This paper consists of six chapters. Chapter one mainly introduces correlation theory of enterprise culture. Chapter two, taking Korean multinational company as a case, mainly describes the characteristics of Korean enterprise culture. From chapter there to chapter five, by researching Korean multinational enterprise in China, such as Samsung, LG, Hyundai, etc, the author focuses on analyzing the localization of enterprise culture. As the global economy more integration and China entry WTO, the management in different culture of Chinese multinational enterprise will spread in a higher level and dimensionality. In the last chapter, the author introduces the culture risk in the cross culture management, and offers some proposals for overseas business of Chinese multinational enterprise.
