Firstly, this paper generalizes the function and characteristic of producer services and concludes five factors influencing spatial selection of producer services: accessibility, agglomeration, information technology, innovation and reputation. And this paper discusses two spatial distribution pattern and the inherent impetus of distribution structure of producer services. Such a conclusion is drawn: the spatial distribution of producer services mostly presents agglomerating situation. Moreover, this paper reviews the situation of spatial distribution of Taipei district's producer services, and explains its agglomeration situation.Subsequently, from the angle of agglomerative economy, this paper analyzes spatial agglomerative effect of producer services, and points out spatial agglomeration can bring scale economical effect and scope economical effect. Base these two aspects, this paper further analyzes the mechanism of spatial distribution of producer services affecting its performance, and constructs its theoretical model. In the part of demonstration, through Gini coefficient and DEA, this paper measures spatial distribution and performance of Shanghai's producer services. It can be found that Shanghai's producer services present the situation of holistic agglomeration and local disperse. Namely, the advanced producer services mostly centralize on the centre of city, which have better section condition. For the low producer services, it is prone to disperse to suburb. Simultaneously, it is beneficial for producer services enterprises to knock down its production cost and improve its management performance.
