Leading Phenomenon appeared with human beings born. Probe and research into how to improve the ability to lead 15 always an important subject in the leading circles. With the constant expansion of the scientific theoretical research into leading and the constant development of leading practice, visual scope of research into leading phenomenon and law in the leading circles 15 moving towards the influence of leaders to the subordinate from the leader aspect.For achieving the goals of the organizations, leaders have to conduct new complex qualified persons and coordinate more internal relationships, so the past simple and rigid system of leadering has been out of date. What are mainly mentioned in this dissertation are the influence that leaders have to the subordinate and the reaction.It was constructed that framework of the leaders' capability, including the capa6bility of persuasiveness, decision and rewards and punishments. It was also pointed out that the leader's influence their subordinate by conducting their behaviors to stimulate their initiative of trying the best for the goals, through showing the capability, changing the value outlook and influencing the behaviors of the subordinate.What was analyzed was the forming and superficial traits of the leaders' capability of persuasion, based on the multiple of the explanation of the leader's capability of persuasion.It's good for both the progress of leaders' capability of self-decision and fulfilling the influence that the leaders give to the subordinate and the whole organizations.the leader's capability of decision was creatively divided into three parts, the capability of thinking, action and correction. And it was analyzed form several aspects, humane qualities, team spirit, creative spirit, way of thinking, reaction system.a conclusion made in this dissertation was that these are two faces of the infliction between leaders and the subordinate by discussing the flexible encouragement that the leaders give to the subordinate and the reaction.
