Capability Of Independent Innovation Of Industrial Cluster Growth

In 20th century, industry cluster had been becoming an important economy phenomenon. The advantage of industry cluster is the competitive power which firms outside the cluster do not have. Nowadays, competition is more and more drastic, and national and regional competitive power is determined by innovation capability. The innovation capability is becoming a main factor of keeping competitive advantage of industry clusters. In China, the conception of endogenous innovation was given and people pay more attention on it, therefore, the problem of industry cluster endogenous innovation is becoming a focus of research.This paper is focused on the problem of the increase of industry cluster endogenous innovation capability. The paper gives a clear definition of conception in our study, and analysis tow part of the increase of industry cluster endogenous innovation capability we have carved up: technology creating and technology diffusing. The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the basis of analyzing and summarizing former scholars'study, we give our view of study and define some conception. Then we analyze elements and frame of industry cluster endogenous innovation in order to get decision-making mechanism, moving mechanism and diffusing mechanism of increase of industry cluster endogenous innovation capability, and we call it the course of increase of industry cluster endogenous innovation capability. After the analysis of the factor of increase of industry cluster endogenous innovation capability, we give the description of increase of industry cluster endogenous innovation capability based on network.In the analysis of technology diffusion, we import classic infection model: SIS model and SIR model. We explain the applicability of the models considering the character of increase of industry cluster endogenous innovation capability. Based on the results of emulator, we analyze the increase of industry cluster endogenous innovation capability in the technology diffusing section.In the analysis of technology create, we analyze the high-tech industry cluster and manufacture industry cluster of Chengdu based on data. We use across and vertical compare in the analysis of high-tech industry cluster of Chengdu, then we get the endogenous innovation capability during the same class cities and the developing actuality. In the analysis of manufacture industry cluster of Chengdu, considering the differences between different industries of manufacture industry cluster of Chengdu, we do principal-components analysis and then we do hierarchical cluster analysis, and we classify the industries according their endogenous innovation capability. We give suggestion to accelerate the increase of endogenous innovation capability.At last, we get some useful conclusions and give some suggestion.
