The strategy alliance is bringing about a world upsurge as a kind of new competition and cooperation mode, but the study result indicates, even the most optimistic estimation, that the failure rate of the alliance is up to 40%. We think that the strategy alliance should be a kind of long-term collaboration relationship. The manager should realize that the strategy alliance should be a dynamic, flex- ible system, in order to achieving cooperative effect.Hypercycle organization takes on many self-organizing properties, such as self-regulating, self-reproducing, and even self-repairing. Its merits, such as openness, cooperation, configuration and self-organizing, shade lights on orga- nization management. This thesis focuses on the strategy alliance structure mode research. Firstly,we study the basics theories, including hypercycle theory, the strategy alliance theory, the organization and organization structure theory, the synergetics theory etc. Then, The text constructs a series of strategy alliance hypercycle organiza- tion structure models: total model with three sub-models, the sub-models include the organization flexible system with high degree adaption, perfect knowledge management system, and cooperative evolution system. The models reflect the essential function that the strategy alliance hypercycle structure achieves evolu- tion: organizational flexibility, the knowledge innovation and cooperative evolution. Finally, the thesis uses Renault- Nissan alliance case to confirm the possibility and superiority of the strategy alliance hypercycle structure model. The thesis use the hypercycle theory to reconsider organizational structure problems and the strategy alliance was looked as self-organized systems. The indispensable conditions were offered so that the competition and cooperation can be achieved among sub-systems, and then promote systematic evolution and development. Thus it can respond to outer environment more and more comp- licate and variable.
