Research On Foreign Trade Mid-Minitype Enterprise Strategy Alliance

With the globalization of the market and technology development, more and more enterprise realize that, it is difficult to get survive and develop if only rely on their own capacity. From 1980th, some multinational corporation tried to adjust the relationship between the companies from competition only to cooperation and competition, one of the type in them is the strategy alliance and some companies get benefit from that.After China joint WTO, the more strict competition, higher labor cost, and some company internal problem which includes the cash flow, technology and sales channel makes middle-mini type companies into big pressure. So, how to make those companies get new power? In this thesis, we take the strategy alliance of Company S and Company A as the case, study from three asides, including the partner choosing, alliance establish, and alliance operation, focus on the enterprise strategy alliance development.The author consider the enterprise strategy alliance could help the foreign trade mid-mini type enterprise to integrate resources, eliminate the outdated technology and productivity, risk control, speeding up the innovation, make the company update from the technology to the business philosophy, furthermore, the alliance member could get some resource from the other members, and work for sustainable development.Below is the conclusion of the thesis after analysis:(1) When choose the alliance member, especially choose the alliance member from your supplier, you should choose those who have the relatively complemented capacity, the manufacturing experience in this industry and strong R&D capacity, which will be benefit for the long term strategy.(2) When build up the company alliance, we need to consider that during the alliance, the invest and the return plan of both side, try best to make it public and transparent, trustable and also protect yourself at the same time. At the beginning of the alliance, we need to fix the communication style, make sue the smooth communication.(3) During the operation, you need to pass the company strategy to the employees clearly, which include the cost strategy, manage strategy, culture and policy strategy, technic research strategy, the operation of the alliance will be working for enhancing the enterprise core competitive power.
