Research On Pre-Production Method To Promote Customization Efficiency

In order to challenge increased customization orders and to ensure in time delivery of products to customers'requirements in traditional machine manufacturers, this thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of manufacturers'production management, making a plan and control method of"bill of pre-production"and use MRP+JIT+CONWIP method to manage the varied parts plan and control of customization orders.Chapter 1 summaries the three ways of customization production, four patterns of production management, and describes some new methodologies such as JIT, MRP, CONWIP, group technology, modularization and VRP, and CE. According to the factory background, this thesis gives advices to traditional machine manufacturers to change from mass production to customization production and to promote production efficiency by combining MRP, JIT, and CONWIP.Chapter 2 expounds the general method of production plan and control to customization orders from Material Requirements Planning constitution and principle, JIT production method, MRP+JIT production plan and control, bottleneck control and DBR method.
