The logistics industry is a comprehensive industry including several industries and sections so it's very hard to give a clear industrial boundary. It has difficulties in quantitative analysis to the logistics from the industry view. Therefore, This article chooses the Input-Output Analysis originated by Wassily W. Leontief to make the Logistics Input-Output quantitative analysis from both of the industry conjunction and industry affection sides. Firstly, from the cross section point of view, it analyzes the industry conjunction and industry affection between logistics industry and other industries by four foreign countries input-output tables (USA 1997, Japan1995, France1995 and Australia 1995).Secondly, from the lengthways, it analyzes the industry conjunction and industry affection between Chinese logistics industry and other industries by the Chinese input-output tables (1990, 1992, 1995, 1997 and 2000). Thirdly, it analyzed the industry conjunction and industry affection between Beijing logistics industry and other industries by the Beijing input-output tables on year 2002. At last, on the basis of Beijing 2002 logistics Input-Output analysis, comparing with the four foreign countries'cross section analysis and Chinese 1990-2000 lengthways analysis, it's hoping to show up the developmental actuality of Beijing logistics industry generally and to table a proposal for the development of Beijing logistics industry.
