During the course of the transformation of China Telecom from"Network Operator"to"Comprehensive Information Service Provider", the human resources management shall also be transformed. How to transform training, an important component of human resources management, together with the enterprise is a key problem to consider and explore. It is also a problem for those training organizations, with the operators as their service targets, to adapt themselves to their customers, meet the needs of the customers, and keep to their own development.Beginning with the concept of training and its theoretical research progress, this thesis takes an analysis on the present situation and the development trend of the internal and external training of employees, and takes a further analysis on the development idea of training in the new environment, aiming at the opportunities and challenges that the key contents bring to training in the course of the transformation of China Telecom. And then the thesis adopts the basic theory of enterprise resources to explain that the efficient employee training can improve the quality of employees and adapt employees to the change of market and social environment, and the development of enterprise business strategy. At the end, through the actual research and comparative analysis on Guangdong Telecom Training Center, the thesis puts forward the new post training system of Guangdong Telecom employees after the enterprise strategy transformation, and the thesis can offer a certain reference value for the work of training organizations during the course of the transformation and can be used for reference by the training work of the employees of the communication industry.
