While the country is pushing forward at full strength to promote economic development transformation,mode transferring and economic growth,all trades and professions are experiencing new renovations,and many are following the trend at their own advantages in the purpose of securing a new and unique way of business transformation,upgrading and rapid development.In this journey,an increased amount of enterprises regard training as one of the important means to ensure the successful completion of their transformation target.In particular,human resource training based on enterprise strategic adjustment and transformation has gained increased management attention.In this paper,company F of the group corporation,recommended by Shanxi SASAC to conduct the pilot reform of state-owned enterprises,has been selected as the research subject.Applying latest human resource training theory,combined with various research methods such as data research,interview and questionnaire,the current training system of company F has been diagnosed,with its existing problem identified and analyzed.A new training system to provide the right talents for the company has been proposed by reconstructing and improving the existing training system based on the actual situation of company F and the requirement of strategic transformation.Through the study of training problems of company F,it is clear that insufficient understanding of the importance of training and the incompleteness of existing training system are putting the company's strategic transformation target at stake.Strategic analysis is of great importance throughout the whole process of construction and execution of training system.Training demand assessment should not only introduce analysis at all levels,but also ensure dynamic adjustments for the weight of each level with the gradual realization of transformation goal.Company management should pay close attention to the training effectiveness evaluation,through which they could timely adjust and rectify the training programs to make sure such programs could produce positive effect on company's business performance and operation targets.The improvement of training guarantee system is in fact the process of accelerating the training effect transformation,which is essential on realizing the role of training.It is critical to strengthen training management,knowledge sharing,training teacher development and in particular training motivation and assessment in the process of creating a healthy and complete training system,and such training system will play a fundamental and increasingly important role to improve staff knowledge and skills,strengthen enterprise competitiveness and realize strategic transformation targets.
