The Countermeasure Study In DAWN Corporation's Purchase Management Improvement

With rapid progress of economy globalization and information technology, supply chain management (SCM) is a superior idea in the 21century and its application is popular. As a starting point of product increment process, the focus on purchasing management is how to transform tradition modes into new modes to adapt to enterprise development under SCM.In order to combine theory with practice to solve purchasing management problems of DAWN Company which is a research object in the paper and provide references for other similar enterprises, purchasing management for DAWN Company is studied by the way of theory and demonstration.On the basis of supply chains and supply chain management, this paper studies purchasing management from idea, mode and realization. By deeply analyzing the problems of the purchasing management and the system requirements in DAWN Company, the purchasing management system of DAWN Company in supply chains is designed and developed.
