| High-tech industrial development zones are the important bases of research commercialization and industrialization. After 15 years of development, high-tech zones face the historical task of "second startup". Guangzhou high-tech zone experienced three stages, and has been the important engine of Guangzhou economic growth.Generally speaking, Guangzhou high-tech zone have scored brilliant achievements, but also has a institutional bottlenecks. The author uses the basic theory of regional economics to explore the different levels of the China and the world. From vertical and horizontal dimensions, the author use SPSS statistical software to give a clear outline of Guangzhou-zone and some suggests.Institutional problems are of special importance. Institutional innovation and high-tech zones development have a kind of purpose and means relationship: institutional innovation is able to provide high-tech development zone system security; Development of the high-tech zones demands institutional innovation and provides the material foundation for institutional innovations. On the basis of analyzing, the author proposes suggests as follows: establishing the institution of venture capital, to have a Foundation management structure, perfecting the CMC internal mechanism, nurturing technological innovation systems. |
