As the rapid development of Urban Rapid Rail Transit (URRT), it faced questions with the shortage of funds, the uncoordinated Transportation planning and land-use planning and so on. From the practice of other cities, integration of URRT and real estate development is the successful solution to the above problem. There is close relationship between URRT and real estate, this article analyses the impact on real estate by URRT, enhanced the theoretical foundation of integration of URRT and real estate development. On the basis of introducing integration of URRT and real estate development in Japan, Hong Kong and Guangzhou, concluding the successful experience of Japan and Hong Kong, anglicizing the benefit and loss of Guangzhou, providing appropriate recommendations for integration of URRT and real estate development in China. |
