Probe Into The Formation Mechanism Of Eco-Industrial Park

For the moment, the contradiction between economical development and environment is becoming urgently aggravating and more and more people increasingly focus on the sustainable development. In such background, the authorchose a medium Industry Ecology practice mode—the Eco-Industrial Park(EIP) asthe object, analyses its necessity and practicability from Clean Production, Industry Ecology and Industrial Economics and describes the formation mechanism of EIP.The writer considers that profit drive, industry chain, industrial districts, industry nature, innovation, environmental change and the formulation and implantation of policy promote the formation of EIP. In the interaction, enterprise and government are important actors. So, the writer analyses two eco-industrial symbiosis between corporate and allocates the role of government in construction of EIPs. In connection with the actual condition, the author presents some advises on regulation arrangement of government. In the end, an empirical analysis is also applied to the EIP of Foshan, Gaoming.
