Study On Silkworm Genus' Industry Pattern Of Economic And Cooperative Fellowship

The theory that productivity and productive relation must adapt to each other is a leading rule in the whole development of human society. Every society and every industry should follow this rule.In silkworm genus (SG) production, the technique belongs to productivity, while the management and system belong to productive relation. For the reasons that our country has just completed their transition from planning to market economy system, the SG companies have not changed their management system completely, the employees work with lower enthusiasm, and the industry organization form (IOF) that household produce the SG and the company will buy it has a prominent benefit contradiction; all this has resulted in standard - exceeded corpuscule disease, descending product quality and company profit, running deeply into debt and severe impact on the base of silkworm industry in our country. Namely, the current IOF of SG production can not ensure to carry out the measures of SG techniques, this consequently has hampered the development of SG productivity.giving priority to the urgent benefit contradiction between household and company in the our country's SG IOF, studying on advantages and disadvantages of current IOF, this paper puts forward a new IOF of economic and cooperative fellowship (ECF), after using the game theory, comparative advantage theory, business cost theory, risk elusion theory, incomplete contract theory and average profit theory etc, the study analyzes and discusses this new IOF of ECF, and puts forward relevant concept, feature, essential, role, inscape, running system and management method.This new IOF, taking benefits as its kernel and contracts as its hinge, integrate the two parts of household and company as a community that bear the risk and share the benefit jointly through the second benefit distribution of SG. This new IOF integrates all resources of household and company; establish the household's comparative independent and equal cooperative status in this community to change their original separate status. This new IOF also adjusts the productive relation of high quality SG, achieves the harmonization among advanced applicable techniques, scientific management and household productive resource, increases all-level enthusiasms, ensure to carry out the technical measure of produce high quality SG, liberates and develops the productivity level of SG.Under our current SG company management system and the condition that the separate household takes the main part in SG industry, this new IOF is the most ideal choice; as an innovation of SG IOF, it has great feasibility and applicable extension values.
