| With the globalization of economy and information, organizations are facing regularinternal changes and frequent staff turnover. In this situation,on the one hand,organizationsneed to attract, select, and keep high-quality staff;on the other hand, employees need to facecompetition flexibly. Therefore, person and organizations fit attracts academic and practiceconcern.This article explains the mechanism of knowledge staff and organization fit throughself-organization theory,taking the mechanism as a self-organization system and applyingthe core ideas:from the disordered state to a static state and then to a dynamically orderedstate,in order to illustrate the development trend of knowledge staff and organization fitmechanism. On this basis, this article separates the mechanism of knowledge staff andorganization fit into three parts: power module, run module and adjustment module.In thepower module,in order to explore the impacting factors of the mechanism of knowledgestaff and organization fit,we interview several relevant personnel workers.After analyzingthe interview material,we summary eight elements.In the run module,from the fit view wesummarize nighteen impact factors,then after the experts’ discussion,and apply ISM toexplain how these elements affect organization performance.In the adjustment module,according to the organization’s stage of development,we analyse different measures,especi-ally using game theory and substitution effect to explain how to adjust the mismatched co-mplementary.All the researches above have a significant impact on the organization fitpractice. |
