With development of knowledge-based economics, innovation seems to be more important than ever. Innovation is the engine of technique and knowledge expansion, which can be adopted to improve the core competence of any company. Team is also crutial to the general operation that can't be neglected. In order to develop the organization innovation, the company should combine the team innovative environemnt construction and learning organizationa establishment together. In this research, we will take a critical look of correlative linkage between them.The author takes the"Team Climate Inventory Questionnaire"and"Dimensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire"as the research tool to assess the following assumption: 1.there exists the correlative linkage between team innovative working environment and learning organization construction; 2. the team innovation working environemt has excerted a positive effect on the each scale of learning organization. The targeted companies of this research can be divided as following areas: industry, finance, enducation and serivice. We handed out 258 questionnaires, 230 of which are valid. We use SPSS as statistic tool to process all these datas in this research. It can be concluded as follows:Firstly, the team innovative working environment highly correlates to the learning organization; secondly, team innovative working environment is positive to the each scale involved in the learning organization.
