In today's knowledge-based economics, the importance of innovation highlights again. Innovation is the main source of knowledge technoloty and technology diffusion, in addition, which is a principle means to improve the enterprises'competitiveness. In view of the important role of innovation spirit in the modern enterprises development, from the perspective of management psychology, this study uses object-oriented theory, has a research on the staff goal-oriented and the enterprise's innovation spirit is influenced by the learning organization.This study selected the vast number of emplyees from Shanghai, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Beijing and Guangzhou, included government agencies, public institutions, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, joint ventures and foreign-funded enterprises, between the age of 20-50, and put out a total of 600 questionnaires, recovered 478 valid questionnaires. This study adopted organizational employees'innovation spirit survey, goal-oriented scale, learning organization questionnaire as the measuring tools, used correlation analysis, variance analysis and hierarchical regression analysis etc. statistical methods, discussed about the relationships among learning organization, goal-oriented and staff innovation spirit, and the regulating role of the learning organization. Firstly, debates relationships between our staffs objective-oriented, learning organization and innovation spirit; secondly, research respectively relationships between goal-oriented, learning organization and innovation spirit; finally, discuss about whether the staff are in the learning organization's regulation between goal-oriented and innovation spirit of staffs.This study concluded as follows:1. The learning goal-oriented staff who has the innovation thinking, innovation consciousness, innovation behavior is above of the staff who are performance goal orientation, in other words, the innovation spirit of the staff who are learning goal-oriented are higher than the staff who are performance goal oriented.2. Each dimension is the spirit of innovation and learning dimensions of each organization has a significant positive correlation; The spirit of innovation and learning organization also has a significant positive correlation.3. Goal Orientation has a significant predictor on the innovative spirit of employees.4. Learning organization as a learning goal orientation and innovation among staff moderator, will strengthen the learning objectives of promoting the role of innovation, and in the ownership Moderate/low level of learning organization, medium learning goal orientation of employees showed higher levels of innovation than the low learning goal orientation ones. However, with this corresponding, in high levels learning organization, Low learning goal orientation of employees rather than the secondary and higher learning goal orientation ones show better innovation spirit.
