With the improvement and development of industry, more products and better services are provided, whereas more effects are putted on environment. In China, the rapid progress of industry is based on the high exploitation and consumption of resource. The problem of high discharge of pollutants and low efficiency also presents. The conflict between industry development and the conservation of resource and environment is becoming more acute.As the circular economy and ecological industry has been successfully practiced in western countries, this industry idea about circular economy has became the trend of the industry development in every country. In recent years, our country has also paid high attention to theory research and practice about this new mode for the economy development, and bring forward the new economy strategy:'developing the circular economy and practicing a brand new industrialization.'Some experimental units about curricular economy and EIP have gained success and this strategy is promoted in the whole country.But from the domestic practice, the practice of the circular economy are mostly limited in the industry park, industrial circle economy in bigger area has been rarely involved. Considering the different characteristics of the economy development in each region, the previous success mode can't be copied mechanically in disregard of specific conditions. Consequently, each region should set down its own economy development road.Aimed at the old industry centralized region, this thesis puts forward the development mode of the circular economy for this type of industry zone through theory research.
