| Regional development arises from the combination of the optimization of regional industrial structure and GDP growth, besides which the former factor would be decisive to regional development.This paper proceeds with analysis of the flexibility of organization in clusters and concludes that clusters are positive in facilitating the optimization of industrial structure as adjustment of regional industrial resources and department structure, enhancement of competitiveness of industries and helping the formation and development of rising industries. Meanwhile, case demonstration been attached for verification of theories above. Afterwards, analysis of clusters and industrial structure in GuanZhong been undertaken for reaching the results as following: clusters attract segments of industries out from GuanZhong which help for further development of clusters; Clusters could absorb labor force, but High-Tech industry has such capability declined much; Clusters with military background show backslide of competitiveness compared with those of growth for competitiveness which mostly consisted of small or medium sized and non-stateowned enterprise; Acceleration for emerge and development of rising industries by stimulating industrial division and amalgamation. Eventually, suggestions for optimizing industrial structure been offered as: Making efforts for further development of clusters; Leading adjustment of formation in industrial organization; Accelerating the amalgamation within and between clusters. Helping traditional clusters for formation and development.Both theoretical and practical discussion over the relationship of clusters and industrial structure been conducted in this paper, and it is hoped some help could be offered for flourishing and promoting the theories and mutual development for such academic areas. |
