Study On The Development Pattern Of Industrial Cluster In Guanzhong High-tech Industrial Belt

As a platform to develop industrial cluster, Guanzhong high-tech industrial belt wan founded. Recently it has achieved great progress in developing Shaanxi economy, at the same time it has also promoted the industry competive ability. Although many scholars in our country have joined this field and on has devoted different research, but the thorough research about this is still very limited. According to the existing research, many research are the copy of the foreign theories with no innovation. Today, the Guanzhong high-tech industrial belt still stays in the developing period and it will be of great sense to research the industrial cluster development pattern in Guanzhong region.In the paper,firstly it investigated the different industrial cluster standpoints of the domestic and foreignal classic economics theories,and then it also analyzed the influence factors to industrial cluster and the function principle how industrial cluster develops regional economy. On the basis of this ,the paper discussed the different evolution stage accompany with the core industry's evolution and the dissimilarity for produce evolve a stage of policy direction.In order to choose a suitable industrial cluster development pattern,this paper also introduced the domestic and foreignal theory of industrial cluster development pattern and analyzed the differences and relationship between the industrial cluster development pattern so as to provide a basis for taking the choice of industrial cluster development pattern to Guanzhong region. On this foundation, this paper took Guanzhong high-tech industrial belt as the object of research.By establishing model ,the paper analyzed the situation of industrial cluster in Guanzhong region.The result turned out that the medicine manufacturing industry,beverage industry,electronics and communications equipment manufacturing industry, metals industry,the transportation equipments manufacturing industry and textile industry have formed considerable industrial cluster in the 39 different professions in 2005. Meanwhile,combined with industrial cluster evolution stage theory, this paper analyzed evolution stage of different industrial cluster in Guanzhong region. On the basis of this ,the paper carried on a selection of industrial cluster development pattern to the industrial cluster in Guanzhong.In order to develop the industrial cluster smoothly, the paper made constructiveadvise to the Guanzhong high-tech industrial belt.
