Optimization Of Industrial Structure, Based On The Perspective Of Industrial Clusters In Heilongjiang Province

Many studies have shown that there be positive interaction between the development of industrial cluster and the upgrading of industrial structure,of which the choice is strategic and effective, especially for some backward regions. Based on the analysis of Heilongjiang Province, the paper studied optimization of the role of industrial cluster playing in industrial structure, that is conducive to the promotion of industrial clusters to rationalize the industrial structure, is conducive to expand the size of the industry for regional advantages, and is conducive to the structure of industrial technology upgrading. In addition, through Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar industrial corridor of the empirical analysis the paper further demonstrated the industrial clusters of the industrial structure optimization effects, including capital supply effect, optimize the effects of industrial competitiveness, employment creation effect and the technological upgrading effect. In the study above based on the Heilongjiang, government should make use of the Policy of developing vigorously of the country to develop all kinds of industrial clusters, in order to promote the industrial structure optimization of the policy recommendations.
