Studies On Our Country's Safey Accident Causation In Coal Mine

With the increase of yield from coalmine, security becomes more and more prom -inent. Every now and then big and unusual accidents happen. In order to illuminate the occurrence mechanism of coalmine accident, and to provide guidance for the administration of coalmine work safety and the prevention of coalmine accident, and to provide guidance for the administration of coalmine work safety and the prevention of coalmine accident, this paper analyzes the current situation of coal mine safety, and proposes the coalmine accident causation theory and model based on the accident -causing theory and the real condition of coalmine accident in our country.This paper proposes the coalmine accident causation theory which considers that the administration or management error is the essential cause of frequent occurrence of coalmine accidents in our country. And the administration or management error gives birth to the shortage of human, material, environment or information. Then, these shortages further bring on worker's unsafe acts, unsafe conditions of facilities and equipments, and unsafe environment, and consequently cause coalmine accidents which lead to the casualty and the economical loss.Then, this paper proves the theory's feasibility and practicability through applying it to analyze three coalmine accident cases. Finally, it bring forward some advice and countermeasures for the prevention of coalmine accidents in accordance with the coalmine accident causation theory which includes improving the administration system of our country's coalmine safety work, perfecting the law system of coalmine safety work, strengthening the contruction of worker staff of coal industry, reinforcing coalmine safety information management, and advancing the development of coalmine rescue force.
