Research On Management And Control Model For Logistics System Of The State-owned Large-scale Mine Group

Coal is the main energy of our country in the energy production and the consumption, of which the coal has taken 75.5% and 76.9% portion respectively. But the characteristics of coal product are huge in the amount, and the logistics of the need is very high. It is the biggest industrial product in amount in getting into social logistics quantity of our country. The production efficiency of coal business enterprise is mainly decided by the efficiency of logistics, the logistics becomes the important factor of the cost of the check and supervision raw coal, and the whole economic performance of the coal business enterprise. Studying a coalmine logistics of the social and economic meaning is very important. Strengthening logistics research of business enterprise is the inevitable request in the coal business enterprise production and the modern management. Along with the establishment of modern business enterprise system, numerous large coal business enterprises of our country have already realized layering structure, formed opposite concentration logistics operation mode.This thesis introduced the relevant foundation knowledge of the logistics first, putting forward the concept of the coal mine comprehensive logistics on this foundation, and coal mine comprehensive logistics is divided into three major types: production logistics, supplying logistics and retail logistics. By studying the recent research in this area, we got to know that coal mine comprehensive logistics research is critical important in modern management of coal business enterpriseSecondly, considering the present types of mines and applying variety of excellent technique, the study of coal logistics systems involves two things (one kind is to perfect logistics system in new development of mines, another kind is to perfect logistics system in the reform of old mine). By keeping advance in technology, reasonable in economy and reliable in safety, we made settled analysis and quantitative analysis of the logistics system of different stage in the coal production, by excellent choice from many programs, we get a credible satisfied excellent result.Finally, by adopting a case analysis, the concrete circumstance, we make the study of excellent research in the logistics system.
