The Study Of Add Product Security Management Processes To Quality Management System

Product security became a focus of people at present since more and more product security accidents rose continuously, and actually, most of all domestic corporations were lack of an effective management system to product security problem. Based on the foreign management method and experience of "defective products", author put forward the opinion: establishing organization's product security management processes based on ISO9001:2000 quality management system.First, this article pointed out the sereve degree of product security problem to living of people; second, specified the meaning of economy & society of this subject based on the role of China at the global supply chain; third, illuminated the theory of products security, product defectiveness, products recall, quality management, stratagem management and risk management; and then emphasized the importance and urgency of establishing product security management system since the punishing measure to product security is severe and business risk of manufacture / exporter was high; then, indicated the defect of ISO9001:2000 quality management to products security problem; at last, put forward the author's view - add necessary products security management processes into ISO9001:2000 quality management based on process methods', to ensure the consistency and harmony of quality management processes and products securitymanagement processes.Considering the three processes which might raise products security problems - products design process, products manafacture process and products warranty process; author added five necessary processes about products security management: ① the identifying and controlling potential security defectiveness of new products design process; ② the identifying and controlling potential security defectiveness of manufacture process; ③ the identifying and controlling potential security defectiveness of products warranty process; ④ business insurance management process to potential security defectiveness; ⑤ crisis management process to products security accidents.
