Along with the development of the global competition and informational technology, all kinds of enterprise management method based on information were continuously invented. Advanced informational technology greatly improved the product efficiency of enterprise, meanwhile profound impact on the enterprise management and the competitive mode. on the other hand, some part optimization thought belong to informational management method made enterprise waste lots of money, it made people to find more effective way from the perspective of whole optimization. Under this background,the Collaborative Product Commerce(CPC) emerged as the times required, its thought of whole optimization was accepted by lots of people. At present, the study to the CPC mainly concentrated on technologic lay, lacking for the higher lay of management, and the key to achieve CPC'S success is the decision-makings from governors. Aiming at the important issue, this paper deep study on the management mode of the Collaborative Product Commerce based on the Core Competence.In the first chapter, the paper introduces the background and signification of the study, analyses the status of the native enterprise's core competence and informational technology application, summarize the correlation theory about core competence and CPC.In the second chapter, the management of CPC and the common process are put forward, the paper also study the dominant logic of the CPC management. And the management mode of CPC base on the core competence is eventually put forward.In the third chapter, the paper introduces the CPC analysis base on the core competence. the analysis content includes the core competence and its development, interior frame and flow, exterior frame and competition, CPC's cost and benefits.In the fourth chapter, the paper introduces the CPC's constructing and implementing base on the core competence. The content includes the common framework of the CPC base on the core competence, the depth and extent of CPC, interior constructing and exterior constructing, integrative constructing, the implementing of the CPC base on the core competence after constructing.In the fifth chapter, the paper introduces the assessment and regulation of the CPC base on the core competence, the content includes the index system and model, the dynamic regulation's method.In the sixth chapter, the paper applies the method and model to the auto manufacturing.
