| In recent years, human resources management have already been promoted from organization function to strategic plane. However, there have subjective factors and limit of the level of cognition in human resources system, which caused that the fuzzy concept and the fuzzy question were blooming unceasingly in the performance management. It has become a difficult problem in actual operation. The problems have been puzzled the scholars continuously, and correlative embedded research was few, therefore those fuzzy problems have become critical questions to solve urgently in the academe. At the same time, the fuzzy mathematics have taken the main solution to fuzzy problems, and it fuses with the modern management theory. This provided the new idea of the solution to the fuzzy question in performance management. On such background, the thesis attempts to discuss the fuzzy performance and its management system based on fuzzy set theory.This paper research on theory, method and management of fuzzy performance, based on the fuzzy set and correlative management theory. The textual main work and innovation points include:Firstly, this paper analyzed and researched on the fuzzy phenomenon appeared in the performance management, and elaborated the background and the significance of this article. In the mean time, it summarizes the interrelated theories on performance management and then gives the conception of the fuzzy performance.Secondly, it proposed the expression, membership function and operation of fuzzy performance on the fuzzy set theory, then set up appraisal method on critical incident technique and fuzzy reasoning, and compositor on method of two elements contrasting and fuzzy partial relation.Thirdly, it introduced the performance return and motivation on performance appraisal, and determined salary structure as well as flexible motivation mechanism, established flexible salary and flexible benefit on performance, and making optimization project model on fuzzy multiple criteria decision-making.At the end, methods and conclusions in this thesis, were applied to the research on some hospital as a case, and designed the fuzzy performance and its management system based on fuzzy set theory. |
