Research On The Establishment Of Early Warning System Of Patent Property In Domestic Enterprises

With the Chinese enterprises going out after China being a WTO member,conflicts on patent come in continually. In the patent competition,the Chinese enterprises put themselves in the inferior position for their lower patent level,and many enterprises are on the edge of death. Therefore,to research on how the Chinese enterprises can get out of such difficulty and don't dare to compete with multinationals values a lot in reality.The paper searches for the answer in the aspect of enterprise,and advises establishing early warning system of patent property in domestic enterprises,which includes three parts: establish patent map in the enterprise,establish expert team for early warning in the enterprise and establish quick reaction mechanism for early warning in the enterprise. These are in the purpose of supporting some references in the operational and practical aspects for the domestic enterprises replying to the patent conflicts.This paper in the beginning analyses the reason why the Chinese enterprises need to establish early warning system of patent property in detail,and then introduces related concepts and theories about early warning system of patent property. In Chapter Four,the paper deduces the model of early warning system of patent property in domestic enterprises after referring from the model of early warning system of marketing in domestic enterprises,and then demonstrates it in detail with the example of the patents in data structure of DVD,which makes it easy to understand. The datum of graphs in the paper comes from Derwent patent database. There are 252 patents in all in the data structure of DVD from 1997 to 2005. The paper analyses these patents and makes the patent maps.In the end,the paper summarizes the whole paper and emphasizes that this system focuses on defense at present. In order to take the initiative in the competition the Chinese enterprises need to enhance their ability of research.
