Research On Patent Early Warning And Empirical Analysis Based On Patentomestrics

To carry out patent early warning work has become an important part of the enterprise,base on the state's emphasis on intellectual property rights and the increasing demand for intellectual property protection for enterprises in the domestic and international market competition.First,through reviewed the research results on patentometrics and patent early warning,found that the research on patentometrics and early warning in terms of technology,methods,frontier application are higher than the level of domestic development.Although the focus of research on patent measurement and early warning research are different from foreign countries,but also made some research results.Secondly,this paper expounds the related concepts of patentometrics and early warning,the basic theory of patent early warning,the application of patentometrics method in early warning and the effect of patent early warning.Then,the patent early warning system is constructed for the enterprise application,and the construction of the early warning system includes the construction and calculation of the patent early warning index,the formulation of the patent early warning strategy and the construction of the guarantee mechanism of the patent early warning.This paper sets out 20 early warning indicators from four dimensions:technology,investment,market and law,which are closely related to the enterprise.Using expert consultation method,analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the indicators.The 20 indicators obtained based on the existing research basis,according to the data accessibility and other characteristics of the existing indicators.Finally,this article take Baidu Company as an example,using the innography database to conduct a detailed analysis and statistics of its patents,then compared with Google's.Through the calculate of Baidu company's patent early warning indicators,there come to the final warning value.Through the comparison of the warning value,the current state of Baidu company is given,and the corresponding coping strategies are given.
