A lot of MNCs came to China which brought great competitions with the Chinese local enterprises with mainly the competition of"People"following China's open policy and China entering WTO. The"The local enterprises are always searching for the success factors for MNCs to manage their people effectively in China such as the selection of talents, development of talents and retaining of talents where the great differences occurred in culture and surrounded environment etc. comparing with the original countries of MNCs . They really want to learn more from it for better competing with MNCs. So this thesis has MNCs as the target group for studying, mainly study the MNCs'Human Management Strategies and Systems for local enterprises'reference."People Oriented"is the key of MNCs's Human Resource Management Strategies and Systems.MNCs have a great independent management power for running in China, there should have a particular HR Management systems for adapting Chinese market and stipulations and laws , and implementing the effective cross-culture HR management.In this thesis, we would like to mainly analyze and study the special request of people for MNCs running their business in China , recruiting and selection strategy, performance appraisal system, employee's training and development system, and motivation system.The last part of this thesis is a real case study of HG (China) Co.,Ltd. HR management strategies and systems with introducing its detail work flow and procedure of HR management.This thesis analysed and studied the MNCs'HR management strategies and systems for running in China with focusing on the theory and real case study and analysis with getting the practical operational valued, scientific smart and effective Human Resource Management System. The"People"Oriented principle , the talent's training and development and motivation systems of HG(China) Co.,Ltd could be imitated, referenced, tried out by some state-owned companies.There have two innovative contentions:1. Systematically analysed the special request of people for MNCs running their business in China from enterprise's developing history, developing characteristic, product's shelf cycle, strategies, operating mechanism and culture's difference etc.;2. The Recruiting Positioning Method of HG(China) Co., Ltd. (9-boxes Diagram) which has the practical meaning and comprehensive popularizing value.
