Abstract:recruiting is an important part of human resource management and determines the operation and development of enterprise. Recruiting system is composed of regulations, principles, processes, methods of all recruiting activities and issues. It should be reflected the whole working system. Recruiting system can make recruitment be standard and systematic. Furthermore, it can reduce blindness and randomness of recruiting activities, and improve recruiting quantity and quality.Based on human resource management theory, combined with practical recruiting experiences, this article mainly describes how recruiting system to be set up and what kind of system is considered to be scientific and effective. Recruiting system includes finding, recruiting, hiring, evaluating and keeping good employee. It must be viewed effectively, strategically, prospectively and based on human oriented.It will be helpful for HT Group to increase recruiting effectiveness and enhance competitive advantage through this research on recruiting system. Moreover, it will promote other private enterprises to pay more attention to their recruiting system.This article is divided into six parts:The first part:preface. This part is the introduction of background, purpose, importance, research method and framework of this article.The second part:this part introduces recruitment management theories and HT group. In this part, firstly, it describes recruitment management theory which includes activities of finding, selecting, hiring and evaluating. Secondly, it discusses what recruiting system is and its importance. Finally, it introduces basic information, organization structure and human resource situation of HT Group.The third part:this part describes HT Group recruiting system, including recruiting standards and principles, human resource planning, professional recruiting methods, etc.The forth part:this part mainly introduces recruiting processes of HT Group in the aspect of preparing, selecting, recruiting evaluation and review of recruiting activities.The fifth part:the advantages and disadvantages of HT Group recruiting system are discussed in this part, in addition, the author made some suggestions for improvement of recruiting system.The sixth part:conclusion.
