With the development of new technology and new economic model,the competition among modern enterprises is essentially shifting their battle fields from the competition of mechanical level to the competition of racing for talents.Talents play an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.To be invincible,an enterprise has to discover talents,be lenient with talents,inspire their potential and more importantly make them better able to create values.Relationships between humans are subtle,it need leaders to foresee and balance with scientific &forward-looking point of view.Problems can be solved through thorough communication,however loses are inevitable if both sides fail to compromise.GT is still a baby company comparing with some great enterprises.Along with its development,GT has been faced with series of problems.The thesis will firstly combine GT‘s current situation with scientific talent strategic management,in order to develop the company's staff management model from the traditional wayto a more scientific talent management stage in which the talent management and company's strategy fuse;secondly to perfect the employee training &the corresponding human resources system;thirdly,to enhance the attention on employee motivation from the management,establish an effective performance management system internally.The thesis adopted a method of combination of theoretical analysis and case analysis,analyzed the environment &trends in same industry,the role of talent strategy in competition,taking “perfecting talent strategy ”as starting point,based ona great deal of information and data;Analyzed the current status and development direction of the company using PEST & SWOT;put forward specific scheme on improving the talent strategy for talent recruitment,selection,retaining and training using scientific tools;summarized the importance to combine theory with practice;designed a set of suitable talent strategic system for the development of GT.The thesis was done based on the author's related knowledge learned in school,as well as her working experience in the field of human resources.The thesis emphasized that the modern enterprises must implement talent strategy to meet the challenge of high-tech economic system & to realize a great forward-leaping development.This thesis has emphatically highlighted GT company's strategy on talent attracting,talent educating and talent retaining,analyzed the thinking adjustments and related innovations during the GT's implement of the specific talent strategy.
