This paper aims to build an inspiration model for core staff of high-tech state-owned companies with production, based on psychological contract.At first core staffs and high-tech state-owned companies with production are illustrated from the different views to define the core staff of the high-tech state-owned company. Then core staffs in high-tech production companies are classified. After the review on psychological contract theory, it is found that breaking psychological contract will affect the development of the company. Therefore the company must know the psychological contract of core staff to make effective inspiration methods.In the following part, why psychological contract could play a media role in building inspiration model is given. Through review on problems in the present inspiration system for core staff of the high-tech stated-owned company with production and analysis of its reasons, an inspiration model for core staff of the high-tech stated-owned company with production based on psychological contract of the core staff is built. Then the analysis was conducted on the components of the inspiration model and the factors to build the model.Finally an experimental study is conducted by using the inspiration model of high-tech state-owned company with production based on the psychological contract of core staff.
