Core staff are the core competitiveness of enterprises, especially for the star-rating hotel industry. For example, chefs of characteristic signature dishes are the core of the core staff in the hotels. The loyalty of core staff to star-rating hotels is related to enterprises'competitiveness in terms of customers, profitability and sustainable development. Therefore, it is very important and valuable to study the loyalty of the core staff of star-rating hotels and its determinants. Therefore, this paper lists A Hotel in Ordos, Inner Mongolia as an example, explores the loyalty of core staff of star-rating hotels, which will have very important theoretical significance and practical value.In addition to the introduction of the first chapter, the main content can be divided into the following parts:The first part is the second chapter, which conducts a comprehensive elaboration of related theoretical concepts, explains the core staff theory and psychological contract theory, and introduces the loyalty theory at home and abroad, thus laying a certain theoretical basis for the comprehensive analysis of the loyalty of core staff of sample hotels. It includes the clear definition of core staff; comprehensive elaboration and further definition of the concept of psychological contract; and comprehensive analysis of theories related to psychological contract; in-depth analysis on the loyalty defined in this article, and preliminary description of the impact of loyalty.The second part is the third chapter, which designs the questionnaire issued to the core staff, and has carried on the recovery and data collocation to the questionnaire. It carries out analysis based on a comprehensive understanding of the psychological contract condition of the enterprises'core staff.The third part is the fourth chapter, by virtue of factor analysis, and the internal factors of the core staff in this research, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the relationship between psychological contract and the loyalty of core staff.The fourth part is the fifth chapter:with the factors of psychological contract as the theoretical basis, it carries out a comprehensive survey on the loyalty of core staff of A-star hotel in Ordos, analyzes its influencing factors as well as the influencing level of all influencing factors, and pointedly puts forward the measures to enhance the loyalty of core staff by referring to the analysis results of the fourth chapter.The fifth part is the sixth chapter:it finally obtains the research results of this paper by feat of the comprehensive analysis of the objective relationship between the core contract and the loyalty of core staff, and points out the areas to be improved in this paper.The features and innovations of this paper:there exist innovations from the point of view of research, that is, by feat of related theories of psychological contract, this paper conducts empirical research on the loyalty of core staff of A star hotels in Ordos in the form of questionnaire; and there also exist innovations in terms of the research conclusions, conducts a detailed analysis of the related data of sample enterprises and the influencing factors of psychological contract so as to draw up the feasible countermeasures.
