The Study On The Development Strategy Of E-bank In The Trend Of Industrial Convergence

This paper summarized the domestic and foreign studies on industrial convergence and find that industrial convergence has great influence on the finance. It analyses development motive and challenge advantages of E-bank under the condition of industrial convergence, compares the development features of E-bank and makes an analysis of their diversities in product creativity, organization structure, security system and brain strategy. It pays much attention on analyzing the essential reason to cause the inefficiency of development of E-bank in China on situation of integration between information technology and bank, which is lack of foreseeing strategic objective in the time of the development of E-bank for internal commercial banks and leads to the problems of similarity, irregularity and the shortage of talents in the development of E-bank. Regarding the problems or weakness that crop up in the development of E-bank at home, this article come up with the following strategic suggestions, combines with the development experiences of foreign E-bank:1. To set up integrated and sustainable development strategic objective of E-bank;2. To adopt the development model of mixed E-bank;3. To reorganize resources of E-bank and carry out integration,innovation and renovation of product and service through the market research to make targeted customers and make a guide as customers;4. To optimize internal organization structures of E-bank, set up a security management system, establish relevant regulations and technologies and carry out strategies of technology convergence of E-bank;To establish new culture of company, adopt the scientific motivation and restraint mechanisms of talents, strengthen the cultivation and absorption of comprehensive talents and promote the sustainable development of E-bank through implementation of the strategies of mixed talents.
