Study On The Development Strategy Of Rural Industrial Convergence In Yaodu,Shanxi

In 2015,the General Office of the State Council promulgated the Guidance on promoting the Integration and Development of Rural Industrial Convergence.In 2016,the Central Committee of the communist Party of China promulgated the Several Opinions on Deepening the Structural Reform of the Agricultural Supply Side and Accelerating the Cultivation of New energy in Agricultural and Rural Development,it is proposed to vigorously develop the rural leisure tourism industry,relying on the uniqueness of the local rural natural resources,developing the integration model of agriculture and tourism,culture and education industry,leisure and health care.Cultivating livable,characteristic villages and towns.In 2017,the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Innovating the Institutional Mechanism to Promote Green Agricultural Development.It pointed out that industrial convergence should be take the advantages of rural ecological resources,to develop leisure agriculture and rural tourism.,which can promote the poor farmers to get rid of poverty.This paper takes the Yaodu District of Shanxi Province as the research object.The method of rural industrial convergence in Yaodu District by using the methods of literature analysis,field investigation,qualitative and quantitative research methods.By searching the Statistical Yearbook of Shanxi Province,the Statistical Yearbook of Linyi City,Yandu District government report,this paper focuses on the results of rural industrial convergence two aspects,construction of the rural industrial convergence index system.By using the method of analytic hierarchy process,this paper conduct an empirical analysis of the rural industrial convergence in Yaodu District,then puts forward the problems in the industrial convergence and promote the integration and development strategy in the rural areas of Yaodu district.The research on the integrated development strategies of the industrial convergence in the countryside of Yaodu District,Shanxi Province.It has contributed to the Guiding Role of Yaodu District in giving play to the advantages of rural natural resources,extending the agricultural industrial chain,promoting the sustainable development of the rural economy.
